Carmel Market Renewal

For Tel Aviv Municipality. Plans for urban renewal of the Carmel Market and its surroundings, in an area of 20 dunams. The plans include infrastructure works, renovation of the existing market, and construction of a building of approx. 12,000 sq.m. for a new market, and a building for a logistical center, including a car park and offices. Total of approx. 11,000 sq.m. and 600 stores.
